About Faith Haven Rescue

It 2013, while running errands in Los Angeles, CA, co-founder Kelly Allen spotted two small dogs on the highway.  Able to catch only one of them, that sweet dog was delivered to a local shelter.  Two weeks later, when no one came for her, the dog was scheduled to be euthanized.  Of course, Kelly and her daughter committed to rescue her.. they would foster her, find her a home, their lives way too hectic to care for a dog.

That sweet little dog was appropriately named Faith.  And yes, she was foster fail. She joined the hectic lifestyle, she lived, she loved, and she was so loved, as every pet should be.

Faith passed on February 4, 2020. On February 4, 2021, Faith Haven Rescue was founded in her name. Along with co-founder Linda Angelo, the sisters-in-law, with their mutual love of animals, pledged to dedicate themselves to the rescuing and rehoming of those dogs and cats who have for any reason found themselves homeless.

Please join us as we create a team of likeminded human beings.. volunteers, fosters, adopters, and partners..  who want to make this world a better place for every person and pet.

Meet some of our volunteers!
